Ali Weitzman is the Founder and Lead Planner of Ali Weitzman Events (AWE), a luxury event planning company known for creating elevated, highly personalized celebrations with exceptional attention to detail. With a background in executive-level brand marketing and experiential events, Ali brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and organization to every event she designs. Her experience developing innovative campaigns for major brands, including The Hershey Company, The Walt Disney Company, Capital One, and Campbell Soup Company, shaped her signature approach to event storytelling and guest experience.

Before founding AWE, Ali planned high-end corporate events and luxury experiences across the country, including incentive trips at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii, a private evening at the Capital One Arena featuring live entertainment from Red Hot Chili Peppers, and large-scale destination conferences in Austin, Nashville, Phoenix, and Atlanta.

Today, Ali specializes in designing sophisticated, joy-filled celebrations that feel deeply personal and effortlessly executed. From custom branding and logo design to immersive décor, entertainment, and guest experience, every detail is thoughtfully curated to reflect each client’s vision and style. Known for her calm presence, creative eye, and seamless execution, Ali combines her luxury marketing background with boundless energy to create unforgettable events while thoughtfully guiding clients through the planning process and budget.

Tammy Fox is a Senior Event Producer at Ali Weitzman Events (AWE), where she brings a sophisticated blend of organization, creativity, and elevated client service to every celebration. Raised in Montgomery County, Tammy’s deep ties to the community and extensive professional background allow her to create seamless, highly personalized events with exceptional attention to detail.

Before entering the event industry, Tammy built a successful career as a practicing attorney and government contractor, developing the strong leadership, problem-solving, and logistical expertise that now define her approach to event production. She later combined her business acumen and creative eye as the owner of Emily Grace, a high-fashion boutique in Potomac, where she curated luxury merchandise and hosted stylish in-store events that became known throughout the community.

With over a decade of experience producing corporate and social events, Tammy is known for making the planning process feel effortless while delivering polished, unforgettable experiences. Her passion is bringing energy, joy, and thoughtful details to every event, ensuring each celebration not only exceeds expectations but leaves a lasting impression on every guest.
